Asana is the movement component of yoga and many Westerners find their way to yoga philosophy by starting an asana practice. You learn how to connect breath with movement and in turn, control the autonomic nervous system through asana, pranayama and meditation. We will explore all the components of yoga and you will acquire tools to overcome the anxiety and stress that society has taught you and return to calm from within.


I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I have been teaching Hatha yoga and meditation in Sydney, Australia. I am from a science background but realized that practicing yoga has many more benefits than what modern science can offer. There is increasing scientific evidence of the benefits of yoga and meditation and my mission is to help everyone benefit from it – to be healthier, happier and live a fulfilling life.
